Refund policy
Garments that can be exchanged must be presented in perfect condition and in optimal conditions for future resale. For hygiene reasons, they must not show signs of use, have the original labels along with the products sent as gifts or promotions.
Product changes must be made within 14 calendar days after purchase. If these are caused by a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to our company, the return costs will be covered by us. In all other cases, they will be covered by the customer and reshipment to the customer by us.
The stock of the new garment must be confirmed with our staff before making any changes.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days after the purchase without the need for justification. The period will expire 15 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods. To exercise your right, you must ensure that the garments are returned in condition for eventual resale.
We will refund the payments received, excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have physically received the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through an unequivocal statement via email to hola@gallantdale.es. You can use the model withdrawal form that you can obtain here, although its use is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
Reason for rejecting exchanges and returns
Personalized garments, or received for exchanges or returns that show signs of use, washing, damage, incomplete, partially returned sets, with size differences between scrub tops and pants or without their respective original labels, may give rise to a partial refund. Upon receiving the products, an evaluation will be carried out to determine the value lost in the process and this could be transferred to the client.
